Testing your integration
We’ve made it easy to test your integration using the Volt Sandbox environment, by providing testing scenarios for both successful and unsuccessful payments.
For testing purposes, you’ll need to choose the “Don’t have a PayID?” option on the checkout, to switch to the account number and BSB view.
Test an unsuccessful payment
We have three scenarios for testing unsuccessful payments, which are the most common reasons for a payment to fail. Enter the corresponding BSB for the scenario you’d like to test, with any 8 digit account number.
BSB | Failure scenario that will be simulated |
---|---|
100000 | Invalid BSB |
100001 | The bank does not have PayTo capabilities |
100002 | The bank is not able to receive funds |
Testing a successful payment
If you use any other BSB, the sandbox will create a payment successfully and send you the appropriate notification. You can use any 8 digit account number.
