The embedded checkout allows you to integrate Volt’s checkout experience directly into your website or app, providing a seamless payment process without redirecting customers away from your platform.
Increases conversion
As there are fewer redirects than our hosted checkout, you can increase your conversion and reduce payer abandonment rates.
Approve at the bank
Once the payer has reviewed the details of the payment, they will be redirected to their online bank to authenticate and approve the payment.
Some bank customers may need to provide additional details such as the account’s IBAN, a customer identification number, a two-factor authentication code or even login credentials in order to proceed with the payment. If credentials are required, we’ll redirect to our checkout where we’ll securely collect this information before finalising the payment.

One click – Skip the need for the user to authorise payment at their bank
As part of the Australian payment processing page, Volt offers the additional capability to establish One-click payments (similar to tokenization of card details for card payments).

Embedded checkout in the European Union and the United Kingdom allows you to integrate Volt’s payment flow directly into your platform, utilizing JavaScript and an iFrame.
Volt offers an embedded checkout solution for the European Union. However, integrating with it may not give you the best results comparing to other integration channels. We recommend using the API-only integration for a more streamlined implementation. Alternatively, please contact Volt Support to discuss your specific requirements and ensure the best possible user journey for your customers.
