Get channel checkout URL
Get a link to the hosted Volt Checkout page for the channel. The page shows the payer the channel's deposit addresses, one per network, and the current indicative rate of the channel's currency to EUR.
Both links are valid for one hour. Once they expire, call this endpoint again to get fresh ones. Do not cache or store the links, and do not log them: anyone holding a link can open the channel's checkout page. The response is sent with Cache-Control: no-store.

Get the current indicative rate for the channel's conversion. It is an estimate for showing at payment initiation, **not** a locked quote: the live rate at the moment a deposit confirms on-chain is applied. The pair is fixed by the channel: `from` is always the channel's `currency` (what the end user sends) and `to` is always the currency of the channel's crediting wallet (identified by the channel's `walletId`).
